How much does a gel manicure cost in Da Nang?
A gel manicure at LENA Nails & Beauty is 200,000₫ (about $8), including full nail care. A basic manicure starts at 70,000₫ (~$3). See our full price list on the Services page — no hidden fees.
Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome at all 4 locations, but booking is recommended during peak hours. You can book online in 30 seconds or message us on WhatsApp at +84 799 144 968. Open 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM every day.
Do you do eyelash extensions or eyebrow threading?
No. LENA is a nail and waxing salon — we do not offer eyelash extensions, lash lifts or lash tinting, and we do not do eyebrow threading, tinting, microblading or lamination. We do shape eyebrows with wax (100,000₫, about 20 minutes) at all four branches, and tidy strays with tweezers.
Does the staff speak English?
Yes — our staff speaks English, so you can describe exactly the design you want. You can also show us a reference photo and we will recreate it.
Are the tools clean and safe?
Clean tools and work areas are prepared carefully for each guest: disinfection, UV sterilizer, and individually sealed tools opened in front of you. See our Hygiene page for the full routine on video.
How long does a service take?
A classic manicure or pedicure takes about 20–30 minutes, and adding gel colour brings it to around 45 minutes. An exfoliation pedicure is 30–50 minutes and the VIP version 40–60. Nail extensions take longer: 80–100 minutes for tips, about 2 hours for builder gel or acrylic. Our spa combo runs 60–90 minutes. Detailed hand-painted art adds 5–15 minutes per nail. If you have a flight or a tight schedule, tell us your available time before booking and we will recommend something that fits.
Do you offer a guarantee if a nail breaks?
Yes — we guarantee our work for 5 days. If a nail lifts, cracks or breaks because of how it was applied, we fix it free of charge at any of our four branches. Damage from knocks, heavy work or picking is not covered, but a single-nail repair is only 70,000₫. Just message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we will arrange a time.
Can I send a photo of a design I like?
Yes, please do. Send your reference photo on WhatsApp before your visit and our team can help identify the suitable service, branch and estimated price.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, card, credit card and bank transfer. Card payments are subject to a 4% surcharge.
Where are you located?
We have 4 locations in Da Nang: 89 Pham Tu (An Hai, Son Tra), 211/88 Nguyen Van Thoai (An Hai), 34 An Thuong 3 (My An, Ngu Hanh Son) and 68/4 Bach Dang (Hai Chau, city centre) — near My Khe beach, the An Thuong tourist area and the Han River.
Can children get their nails done?
Yes, we offer kids nail services: basic color at 100,000₫ and gel color at 150,000₫.
