This website belongs to LENA Nails & Beauty, a nail salon in Da Nang, Vietnam. This page explains, in plain language, what information we receive when you use this site and how we use it.
What we collect
When you book: if you fill in our booking form, we receive the details you enter — your name, phone/WhatsApp number, optional email, the service, branch, date, time and any notes. We use these only to contact you and confirm your appointment.
When you message us on WhatsApp: your message and phone number are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own terms.
Automatically: like most websites, we use measurement tools (Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics if enabled) that use cookies to understand how visitors find and use the site and how our ads perform. These tools do not receive your name, phone number, email or booking notes.
How we use it
- To respond to your booking request and confirm your appointment.
- To understand which channels (Google, Instagram, Facebook) bring visitors, so we can improve our service and advertising.
What we do NOT do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send you marketing messages unless you contact us first.
Who handles the data
Booking form submissions are delivered to our email by a form service (Web3Forms). Measurement is provided by Meta (Meta Pixel) and, where enabled, Google (Analytics). These providers process data under their own privacy terms.
Cookies
Cookies are small files used mainly for ad measurement (Meta Pixel). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Your choices
If you would like us to delete a booking request or the information you sent us, just contact us and we will remove it.
