Booking an intimate waxing treatment somewhere unfamiliar comes down to three things, and price isn't one of them: who does it, whether the room is genuinely private, and whether the wax is fresh. Here are our answers to all three, before you have to ask.
A room with a door
Our Hai Chau branch at 68/4 Bach Dang has a dedicated waxing room — a separate room that closes, not a curtained corner of the salon floor. It's the only one of our four branches set up this way, so this is the location to book for bikini or Brazilian waxing.
Only you and your therapist are in the room. You can take as much time as you need to get comfortable, and you're welcome to ask her to stop at any point.
Female therapists, always
Every waxing treatment at LENA is carried out by a female therapist — no exceptions, no need to request it when booking, no chance of a surprise when you arrive. This applies to every area and every guest.
Fresh wax, never double-dipped
The question worth asking in any waxing studio, anywhere in the world, is whether the spatula goes back into the pot after touching skin. If it does, that pot is shared between guests.
We use fresh wax for every guest and a spatula is never returned to the pot once used. Disposable bed covering, gloves, and the same standards we apply to our nail tools — you can see that routine on our hygiene page.
What happens, step by step
- You're shown into the private room and given time on your own to get ready.
- Your therapist confirms exactly which area you want treated before starting.
- Wax is applied in small sections — she'll tell you before each strip.
- Stray hairs are tidied with tweezers at the end.
- A soothing lotion is applied, and you dress in private.
If you're sensitive or it's your first time, say so. She'll work in smaller sections and go more slowly.
Price
We don't publish a single figure for bikini and Brazilian waxing, because how much area you want treated genuinely varies from guest to guest, and a fake "from" price helps nobody.

Describe what you'd like in your own words — you don't need the technical terms. No negotiating at the counter, and no surprise when you pay.

How to prepare
- Hair length about 5 mm — roughly a grain of rice, or two to three weeks of growth. Shorter and the wax can't grip.
- Don't shave first. The single most common mistake. It resets the cycle and costs you another two weeks.
- Shower beforehand, but skip heavy body lotion or oil that day.
- Early in your trip is better than the day you fly — any redness settles within a day.
Afterwards
Skin is more sensitive for about 24 hours. In that window, avoid direct sun, the sea, swimming pools, hot baths and tight synthetic clothing. If a beach day is planned, book your waxing for the day before rather than the same morning.
Mild redness or small bumps for a few hours are normal. If anything still looks irritated the next day, message us — we'd rather hear about it.
