Gel Nail Guarantee at LENA: 7 Days, 3 Branches
If your gel lifts, cracks or chips because of a technical fault within 7 days, we repair it free of charge at any of our 3 branches. Impact damage is not included. The guarantee applies at Son Tra, An Hai and An Thuong, so you do not need to return to the same branch where you had the service.
What the guarantee covers
If your gel lifts, cracks or chips because of a technical fault within 7 days, we repair it free of charge at any of our 3 branches. Impact damage is not included. The guarantee applies to gel on hands and gel on feet, and it covers the same kind of lifting, cracking or chipping that comes from the work itself rather than from later use.
A technical fault means the gel did not hold as it should after the service, even though you wore it in the usual way. For example, an edge may lift on its own, a surface may crack without a knock, or a small chip may appear during normal daily activity. When that happens within 7 days, bring the problem to any of our 3 branches and the team will look at the nails before deciding on the repair.
The guarantee also covers gel that was applied as part of a manicure or a pedicure, because the same rule applies to gel on hands and gel on feet. You do not need to remember a code or keep a card, but it helps to tell the team where and when you had the service so they can check the nails and the timing. Gel on hands lasts about 2–3 weeks with normal wear, and gel on feet lasts longer, while the guarantee period stays at 7 days.
What it does not cover
Impact damage is not included in the guarantee, so a chip caused by a knock, heavy work or an accident is not covered. The same applies when a nail breaks because it caught on something or took a hard hit during sports, housework or travel. These cases are different from a technical fault, because the damage comes from an outside force rather than from how the gel was applied.
The guarantee also does not cover changes you make to the nails yourself after the service, such as filing the gel down, peeling it off or adding another product on top of it. Once the shape or the surface has been changed in that way, the team can no longer tell whether the problem came from the original work. If you are unsure whether a problem is covered, visit a branch within 7 days and ask the team to look at the nails before changing them further.
How to use it at another branch
You do not need to return to the same branch where you had the service, because the guarantee applies at all 3 branches: Son Tra at 89 Pham Tu, An Hai at 211/88 Nguyen Van Thoai, and An Thuong at 34 An Thuong 3. Visit whichever branch is closest to you within 7 days, and tell the team where and when you had the service. The team will check the nails and confirm whether the problem is a technical fault before starting the repair.
All 3 branches open daily from 8:30 to 20:30, and gel and nail art are taken until about 1 hour before closing, so plan your visit with that closing window in mind. If you are not sure which branch to choose, you can message the team on WhatsApp at +84 799 144 968 and ask which branch is open and easiest to reach that day. Staff speak English and Vietnamese, so you can describe the problem in either language when you arrive.
Travelling soon? What to do before you fly
If you are flying home soon, try to leave a little time after your gel service so any lifting, cracking or chipping from a technical fault can show up before you leave Da Nang. That way you can visit a branch within the 7-day period instead of noticing the problem after your flight. Gel on hands usually lasts about 2–3 weeks with normal wear, so a short trip home should still fall inside the usual life of the gel, even though the guarantee period itself is 7 days.
Before you fly, check each nail in good light and look closely at the edges and tips, where lifting usually starts. If you spot a problem, visit any of our 3 branches before your flight and tell the team about your travel date, so they can check the nails while you are still in Da Nang. If the problem only appears after you have flown home, the guarantee still depends on the 7-day period, so keep the date of your service in mind when you plan.
All 3 branches: Son Tra, An Hai and An Thuong, open daily 8:30–20:30.
