How long it takes
A gel manicure is about 45 minutes. That is the number worth planning around if you are fitting it between a beach morning and dinner, or into a gap before a flight.

Why gel rather than regular polish here
The deciding factor in Da Nang is not how it looks — it is drying time and humidity.
Gel cures under the lamp, so it is hard before you stand up. You can put your hands into a bag, onto a motorbike handlebar, or straight out into a rain shower. Regular polish needs real air-drying time, and Danang humidity stretches that out — most smudges happen in the first hour, in a taxi or at a café table.

How to get the full 2–3 weeks
- Do not peel it. The single biggest cause of damaged nails after a holiday. Peeling takes layers of natural nail with it. Soak-off is 30,000₫ and 20 minutes.
- Let the edges dry properly. Long soaks in a pool soften the skin around the nail, and lifting starts at the edges rather than in the middle.
- Oil the cuticles. Any cuticle oil, once a day. Costs nothing and adds visible days.
- Come back for a fix, not a redo. One broken nail is 70,000₫ to repair. You do not need a whole new set.

When to book it on a trip
If you are choosing one slot: early in the trip for hands, late for feet. Hands are on show in every photo from day one, and gel is unaffected by the beach. Toes are different — sand and salt water undo the skin work in a pedicure, so those are better near the end.
